Prototype 1

In order to enable international students to get better help, we have designed that users need to take a test after entering the program interface. Based on the test results (different stress levels and problems), we will provide them with corresponding help. In addition, we provide our Users have built communities where they can communicate with each other about issues and relieve stress.

User testing

Test date: March 21, 2024

Test population: International students at UNC’s MEITE

1. Feedback from the stress test interface:

Users were unclear about what the test results meant and were confused about the stress levels they represented. They want to know the causes that affect health

2. Ask for help with interface feedback:

Users hope to get the reasons affecting health and targeted solutions on the help page. The resource arrangement is not classified, and help resources cannot be selected intuitively.

3. Feedback on interface design:

The interface is dull in color and lacks visual appeal. Users said it was inconvenient because there was no button to return to the home page.
