Prototype 2

Through user testing, we discovered some space for improvement to improve the user experience and effectiveness of the system:

Modify the test method to four simple and quick questions. They are to determine whether the user has stress. Abandon the questionnaire and choose the three most common reasons to judge the user's mental status. And provide specific solutions for each cause. After answering the question, you will be redirected directly to help users get help quickly.

Improved interface design, the second version is designed in the form of a digital app, with additional buttons such as returning to the home page. Increases visual appeal and ensures easier operation.

User 1:"This prototype feels somewhat limiting to me. I understand it's trying to categorize problems, but sometimes issues aren't neatly divided into a few major categories. I wish it could provide more specific help, like I recently moved to a new city and I need to know how to open a bank account, find housing, and so on. Those broad categories of problems are just scratching the surface; what I need is genuinely useful information."

User 2:"I feel like this prototype isn't quite flexible enough. I tried testing out a few issues, but when I wanted to delve deeper into how to solve them, it just gave me some standard links. I wish it could offer more personalized advice, something more akin to what a friend would give, rather than just generic links."

User 3:"I like the simplicity of this prototype, but it seems to overlook the possibility of users facing more complex issues. I tried simulating some real-life stress scenarios, but sometimes my problems aren't confined to just one major category. I wish it could address my issues more comprehensively, rather than just providing superficial help."

User 4:"This prototype left me feeling disappointed. While it attempts to categorize problems and offer assistance, the categories don't always fit for me. I wish it could provide more personalized solutions to my problems, rather than just generic help. For example, I've encountered a lot of issues at my new school, and I need more specific advice rather than just standard links."
