Hello !
This is Peizhe. You can call me Peggy. My program is Adaptive Learning Analyst. It is very interesting. I learned adaptive learning methods, learning sciences, data analysis, and many advanced technologies. My internship project is to use R for data analysis under the guidance of Professor Bernacki and Robert.
I want to be a teacher in the future. I am very interested in the MEITE program. Because it brings me new knowledge. I learned many new teaching methods and new technologies which I hadn’t learned before. I think that this knowledge will help me to be a good teacher in the future. Meanwhile, I can help more students to learn better. It will be a meaningful thing.
Prior Education and Professtional Backgrounds
My undergraduate major is in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. I learned many knowledge about language and culture. I participated in my major competition when I was a junior and I got third prize finally.

I did many internships and volunteered for education. I have tutored students on their homework, worked as a teaching assistant at New Oriental, and taught in rural areas. In different areas, I touched different children. They are so cute. I enjoy staying with them. Before I entered university, I had an internship at an English textbook publisher. I helped them with new media work and attracted fans on Douyin, Red Book, and other platforms. I learned a lot during every internship, which I found very meaningful
Fun Facts
When I was an undergraduate at university, I participated in many competitions. For example, commercial competitions, dancing competitions, and teaching competitions. I can actively participate in every competition that I like, even though I am not sure if I can get a great prize. I am willing to try them. Meanwhile, I also gained a lot while participating in the competition. So these prizes made me proud. Because I have witnessed myself who is not afraid of failure.
I am a puppy lover, I like my puppy very much. She always brings happy to me.
In my life, I am willing to try many new things. I can try some sports and something I haven’t learned before. In other words, I really like challenge myself.
